By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Boulder Springs Broadcasting’s radio and television stations (KGMN, KYET, KZKE, TV 36, and TV 23), including programming, advertising opportunities, and community services such as Public Service Announcement (PSA) submissions. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality or servers
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent

2. Advertising and PSA Submissions
Submitting an advertising inquiry or a Public Service Announcement through the Site does not guarantee that your ad will run, your event will be announced, or any specific outcome will result. All advertising is subject to a separate agreement between you and Boulder Springs Broadcasting. PSA submissions are accepted at our discretion and subject to space and scheduling availability; we request submissions at least three weeks prior to the event.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, station branding, images, and design — is the property of Boulder Springs Broadcasting or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
Advertiser logos and business information displayed on the Site are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including streaming platforms (such as TuneIn) and advertiser websites. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. FCC Compliance
As a licensed broadcaster, Boulder Springs Broadcasting maintains public inspection files in accordance with FCC requirements. Nothing on this Site is intended to interfere with or replace our obligations under FCC rules and regulations. Our public files can be accessed at

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona.


10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability
